SAT MATH CLASS
12–session class centered on actual SAT Math Modules
Build the skills and confidence needed to excel on the SAT Math section with a comprehensive 12-session course designed to strengthen both mathematical understanding and test-taking strategy. This class covers all major SAT Math topics, including algebra, advanced math, problem solving and data analysis, geometry, and trigonometry, while teaching students how to solve questions efficiently and accurately.
Students learn proven strategies for recognizing common question types, avoiding common mistakes, using the Desmos graphing calculator effectively on the digital SAT, and managing their time and stress.
Each lesson includes guided instruction, targeted practice with official SAT-style questions, and detailed explanations that help students understand the reasoning behind every solution—not just the correct answer. Students take one to two full SAT Math Modules during each and every class to familiarize themselves with SAT Math wording, patterns, and pitfalls.
Extra practice is offered on our proprietary web-based digital SAT database complete with extra full-length digital SAT practice tests and digital practice questions

NYCG Prep Educational Philosophy: We believe everyone can improve their SAT score with focused practice and effective preparation. Our students build their math skills and confidence by solving difficult SAT Math problems. We intentionally practice with the most difficult questions because being able to consistently solve difficult questions is what separates top scorers from the rest of the field.

Class Logistics: We feature small-sized classes (typically 3-6 students) and provide lots of individual attention to make sure that students get customized instruction to level up their SAT skills.

The 12-session course is offered on weekdays (1.5-hour class) and/or Saturdays (Intensive 3-hour class) at our convenient midtown location near K-town and Chelsea.
